BKF is hiring a Project Operations Manager to lead administrative and operational functions for its Survey project delivery team. The role oversees project setup and closeout, workflows, budgets, billing, contracts, compliance, staffing coordination, reporting, and process improvement across multidisciplinary engineering and surveying projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years in project operations or administration within engineering, surveying, construction, or professional services, and proficiency with project management and accounting systems, preferably Deltek, Ajera, or Vision. The position is hybrid, may require travel to BKF offices and client sites, and pays $49.00–$67.87 per hour annualized, paid biweekly.
