OBW Equipment Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Operations Manager to coordinate and deliver temporary construction barriers, urban traffic safety barriers, and steel beam guide rail projects across Ontario. The role oversees project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, documentation, customer relations, safety compliance, unionized crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment resources. Candidates need post-secondary education in Civil or Traffic Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience in Ontario MTO, heavy civil, sewer and watermain, or roadbuilding, a valid Class G driver's licence, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000, with benefits and other employee perks.
