Description
Total Fire Protection is hiring a Manager, Project Operations to oversee fire alarm installation projects from planning and design coordination through installation, commissioning, AHJ approval, and closeout. The role manages project managers, field operations leaders, and project support staff; monitors schedule, budget, productivity, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability; supports backlog and resource planning; ensures compliance with NFPA 72, OSHA, local codes, and customer specifications; and drives operational improvements and cross-functional alignment. The position is based on-site in Woodbury, New York, with travel to project sites throughout the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island, New Jersey, and surrounding markets.
