Description
Microsoft is hiring a field-based Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Integrated Planner / Scheduler for the Sydney metropolitan area. The role develops and manages integrated EPC master schedules, baseline schedules, schedule health, critical-path and delay-impact analyses, time-impact assessments, reporting, and corrective actions for large-scale datacenter construction projects. It requires weekly and monthly reporting, collaboration with engineers, procurement, construction, general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and stakeholders, and hands-on schedule workshops. The position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work and requires a bachelor's degree plus two or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, along with at least one year managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
