Description
The role plans and coordinates medium- and large-scale construction projects, including special fire-extinguishing systems, contracts, budgets, schedules, internal departments, and external project partners. It requires a technical degree or state-certified technician training, specialization in building services or mechanical engineering, 3–5 years of plant-engineering project-planning experience, knowledge of VdS and FM regulations, tendering and estimating skills, and strong communication.
