MP Materials is hiring a Project Planner Scheduling Lead for its new Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas. The role develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports on schedules for capital projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities; establishes baselines and forecasts; supports schedule compliance and risk mitigation; maintains scheduling systems and master data; and contributes to portfolio dashboards and project closeout reviews. The position requires experience with medium-to-large capital projects, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, and 7–10+ years of progressive schedule management experience.
