Description
Inter is hiring a Project Portfolio Manager to structure and lead the management of strategic projects for its international operations, with a focus on business expansion in the United States and other global territories. The role coordinates product engineering, technology, compliance, and local operations; establishes governance, KPI, risk, and dependency tracking; produces executive dashboards and reports; and identifies and mitigates operational bottlenecks. It also explores automation and AI applications to improve portfolio efficiency. The position requires a degree in a relevant field, an MBA or related specialization, and at least 5–6 years of project coordination or project management experience, with experience in complex technology, financial services, or digital-product environments and portfolio governance and risk management.
