Description
The Project Preparation Engineer for Building Services prepares HVAC projects by reviewing contract documents, drawings, cost estimates, specifications, and BIM models; identifying risks and deviations; optimizing project files and sustainable technologies; producing AutoCAD diagrams and plans; selecting materials and systems; preparing technical, execution, and as-built files; participating in construction meetings; monitoring new technologies; and visiting sites for quality control on complex projects. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, several years of HVAC and building-services experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
