Description
The Project/Process Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager and oversees new-product-development projects from initial design through first-article shipment. The role covers cost estimating, tool and process design, manufacturing documentation, customer and vendor coordination, quality and regulatory compliance, process improvement, project reporting, and ERP and PFMEA activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or a related field, with 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience strongly preferred, and involves daily manufacturing-floor presence and occasional travel.
