Sumitomo Electric U.K. Power Cables Ltd. is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for EPC construction subcontracting work on its Port of Nigg factory project. The role covers subcontractor and supplier relationships, tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, cost and quality control, reporting, risk mitigation, and market analysis. Candidates need at least seven years of procurement experience in large-scale EPC projects, knowledge of EPC contract forms and procurement regulations, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
