Description
Renesas is seeking an experienced Program Management Office leader to establish and lead the PMO for its automotive semiconductor power management group. The role will build the PMO organization, define governance and stage-gate processes, manage portfolio and program execution, oversee budgets and resources, and embed functional safety and compliance requirements across design, development, validation, and production programs. The position requires at least 12 years of program and portfolio management experience, strong automotive product development and functional safety expertise, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
