Synopsys is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Workplace Strategy & Operations to partner with Workplace Resources leadership and cross-functional teams on global workplace strategy, real estate and facilities programs, and operational excellence. The role combines strategic planning, executive analytics, dashboard and KPI development, financial and occupancy analysis, predictive scenario modeling, and complex program governance. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, workplace strategy, facilities management, corporate real estate, management consulting, business analytics, or a related field, and expertise in data visualization and stakeholder facilitation. The position is remote-eligible, based in Sunnyvale, California, with a base salary of $196,000–$294,000 and potential bonus, equity, and other discretionary benefits.
