InterSources Inc. is hiring a Senior Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead for a 12-month contract at Caterpillar. The role combines Agile coaching, Scrum and Kanban process maturity, program delivery oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven reporting using Azure DevOps. It is hybrid onsite in Peoria, Chicago, or Dallas and requires a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or a master's degree with 8+ years, along with prior Senior Scrum Master experience and 1–2 years of Agile Coach experience. The position pays $50–$65 per hour on a C2C basis and requires USC/H4-EAD/EAD-GC visa eligibility.
