Icade is hiring a permanent Project/Program Manager in Marseille to deliver and manage a portfolio of real estate development projects from design through final handover. The role reports to the Program Director and covers permitting, contractor tendering and contracting, financial monitoring, margin protection, product and specification definition, sales action planning, and client coordination. Candidates need a Bac+5 or higher education, a technical or law-related background, and 2–5 years of experience in a similar position.
