Description
The Project Purchaser manages the schedules, costs, quality, planning, monitoring, stakeholder coordination, approvals, funding, risks, and reporting of complex construction and infrastructure projects. The role is full-time or part-time at least 80%, based in Essen with hybrid working, and requires a business or engineering degree, public-sector project experience, construction and infrastructure expertise, grant-funding knowledge, fluent German, and a class B driver’s license.
