Description
NatureFriends Thuringia is hiring a Project Referent for the ZdT project “Diversity makes us strong – NatureFriends Thuringia as a platform for new commitment.” The role works 30 hours per week in a secondment from 1 December 2026 until 31 December 2027, primarily in Erfurt and statewide. Responsibilities include supporting volunteers, coordinating events and training, working with local stakeholders, planning and implementing the project, managing funds and reporting, and communicating with the funding provider. The position requires a social-sector or comparable degree, project-management and event-organization experience, knowledge of anti-discrimination and democracy-strengthening work, and flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work. Remuneration follows TV-L 10, with allowances for evening and weekend work and the possibility of remote project-related tasks.
