Description
The Project Resource Coordinator will join a PMO team in an agile software development environment and coordinate resource requirements across customer projects, sales opportunities, and internal engineering initiatives. The role maintains resource availability, allocations, bookings, utilisation, and demand forecasts; supports allocation and redeployment; identifies capacity constraints and skills gaps; monitors utilisation; supports bench management and workforce planning; and produces resource reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management information. The position requires experience in resource coordination, PMO, project coordination, workforce planning, scheduling, or a similar role, along with strong planning, analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
