Description
The Construction Safety Manager supports McKenney’s safety team by overseeing project safety accountability, accident and fire protection programs, compliance with company, client, and state/federal regulations, and daily safety inspections. The role includes site walks, pre-task planning, hazard reporting, incident response, root-cause analysis, equipment and tool inspections, and coordination with field personnel, project leadership, and safety managers. It requires at least three years of field safety experience, OSHA 500 certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in construction environments under varying weather conditions.
