Description
Rexel is hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through successful completion, manage project lifecycles, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery, and drive expansion of project business across the East Region. The role also involves developing strategic accounts, managing commercial negotiations and forecasting, coordinating engineering, operations, and service teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with electrical or electronics preferred; an MBA in marketing or sales is an added advantage. The position requires 7–10 years of project sales experience in electrical, switchgear, automation, or industrial solutions, along with experience in the East Region and with end users, panel builders, OEMs, contractors, and consultants.
