Description

CACI is hiring a full-time Project Scheduler to support a Program Manager in developing, maintaining, and analyzing a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple projects and program workstreams. The role uses Microsoft Project, manages baselines, dependencies, milestones, schedule variance, critical-path analysis, schedule health metrics, change control, and recovery options, and prepares reports and executive briefings for program and government stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience, at least two years of IMS experience, and knowledge of schedule metrics; the proposed salary range is $65,000 to $136,500.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree
Required Previous Experiences: At least two years of Integrated Master Schedule experience
Program experience developing and executing an IMS, including baseline management, schedule analysis, critical-path analysis, SRAs, resource loading, and CDRL deliveries
Experience with schedule health metrics and schedule metric analysis
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Project knowledge and Microsoft Project certification
PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience
