Description
Oklo is hiring a Project Scheduler to support advanced energy and infrastructure capital projects. The role develops and maintains integrated project schedules, manages baselines and forecasts, analyzes critical paths and risks, supports recovery and scenario planning, coordinates schedules across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, vendors, and external stakeholders, and produces schedule reports and decision support. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of integrated schedule experience, Microsoft Project proficiency, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills. It is a remote role with quarterly travel to Oklo's headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and an initial two-week onboarding period in Santa Clara. Compensation is $90,000-$130,000, with health insurance, HSA, FSA, equity, bonuses, and other benefits.
