Description
Phasor Engineering Inc., a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking a Project Scheduler to join their Project Controls team. The role involves developing, baselining, and maintaining detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for assigned projects. Responsibilities also include defining Work Breakdown Structures, establishing logic-driven networks, identifying and communicating critical paths, performing periodic schedule updates, and issuing schedule narratives, variance analyses, and look-ahead reports. The scheduler will build and analyze resource-loaded schedules, coordinate with Divisional Managers for resourcing scenarios, and support Change Management and Earned Value Integration activities. They will contribute to scheduling standards, participate in project reviews, and support training and mentorship.
