Description
The role supports the Superintending Officer in remediation contract administration for land decontamination and clean-up projects. It acts as a liaison between client and contractor, monitors contractor work progress, analyzes environmental work performance, validates deliverables against technical and contractual requirements, supports risk identification and dispute resolution, handles contractual matters such as extensions of time and loss-and-expense claims, and contributes to reporting, correspondence, meeting minutes, technical reports, figures, illustrations, and presentation slides. The position requires a relevant diploma, specialist diploma, or bachelor’s degree, up to three years of construction or civil infrastructure experience, subcontractor-management experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.
