Description
The Project Site Manager serves as the senior onsite Contractor manager and primary Contractor point of contact for day-to-day management of P-8A aircraft maintenance operations. The role leads task-order execution, coordinates Government and Contractor stakeholders, manages onsite staffing and shift coverage, oversees maintenance production, quality, safety, documentation, records, and corrective actions, and ensures compliant delivery of task-order deliverables. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least eight years of supervisory experience, at least fifteen years of aircraft overhaul and labor experience, aviation maintenance leadership experience, and a Department of War Secret clearance.
