MOL Group is hiring a Project Sourcing Specialist to manage medium-sized procurement procedures from sourcing through contract award and support larger tenders. The role covers sourcing reporting, KPI and savings targets, market monitoring, category strategy, competitive tendering, contract negotiation and implementation, supplier onboarding and evaluation, and delivery expediting. Applicants need a university or college degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law, at least three years of procurement experience in a multinational environment, investment-based procurement experience, fluent Hungarian and English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, eProcurement, or similar ERP systems.
