Textron Systems is hiring a Weapons Program Management Project Specialist to support recurring program activities for a major DoD contract. The role coordinates Subcontract Data Requirements List deliverables, forecasts program events, manages program status reviews, serves as Control Account Manager for budgetary and engineering software and program security SDRL scope, maintains a risk register, and leads pre-ship readiness reviews. An associate degree, strong communication and multitasking skills, MS Office proficiency, willingness to travel up to 10%, and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required; Oracle EBS, eMatrix PLM, prior defense or aerospace experience, and military experience are preferred.
