Description
The Community Supervision Group Assignment Project Supervisor coordinates and supervises a small group of youths assigned to community service work at governmental agencies or nonprofit organizations. The role monitors compliance with program and legal requirements, maintains confidentiality and records, prepares evaluations and weekly reports, notifies the Program Manager of absences or unacceptable performance, and provides guidance and feedback to youths. It is seasonal, involves outdoor work, requires approximately 8–10 hours per week on weekends, and requires a flexible schedule, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and successful pre-employment background checks.
