Description
The Construction Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities, supervises field personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. The role oversees scheduling, subcontractor coordination, daily jobsite issues, inspections, schedule maintenance, client communication, safety compliance, documentation, and project closeout. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar education is preferred, along with more than five years of Project Superintendent experience, construction budget management experience, contractor coordination ability, bilingual Spanish and English skills, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
