Description
Forgen is hiring a field supervisor to schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft employees and subcontractors on environmental remediation, heavy civil, deep foundations, and geotechnical projects in Louisiana and Texas. The role plans field activities and manpower, maintains reports, supports subcontractor operations, enforces safety and regulatory requirements, manages equipment, and assists with training, bidding, and estimating. Candidates need at least ten years of relevant field experience, construction engineering knowledge, leadership and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in physically demanding field conditions.
