Description
Strictly Mechanical is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and project teams, manages labor, materials, equipment, schedules, and safety, and provides hands-on leadership and mentorship. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, trade school certification or equivalent field experience, at least 10 years of commercial installation HVAC experience, and at least 3 years supervising commercial installation HVAC experience. The position is full-time, field-focused, and includes health insurance, a company vehicle, gas card, bonus incentives, paid time off, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.
