The Bowers Group is hiring an in-field Project Superintendent to manage large data center projects in the DMV area. The role oversees field operations, subcontractors, schedules, labor and fabrication forecasts, BIM coordination, client communications, and problem-solving while working on job sites during construction and critical project periods. Candidates need at least five years of mechanical construction management experience, with data center project experience preferred. The position pays $60.00–$72.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, accident and sickness, life, AD&D, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan; visa sponsorship is not available.
