Description
The role manages and schedules foremen and subcontractors, supports estimators and engineers with quantities and production, develops client relationships, coaches and trains field employees, sets project performance goals, resolves construction issues, and oversees construction activities in accordance with contracts, drawings, schedules, budgets, safety, and environmental regulations. The position also reviews project performance, recommends corrective actions, implements company policies, and assists with on-the-job training. It requires 5–7 years of bridge experience in heavy, highway, or bridge construction, knowledge of FDOT contracts and specifications, independent problem-solving ability, OSHA competent-person certification, and an excellent driving record.
