Description
The Project Superintendent controls all on-site construction activities, including field administration, supervision of construction operations, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, while managing schedules, safety, quality, inspections, documentation, and project reporting. The role also mentors Assistant Project Superintendents and Field Engineers and requires substantial construction field experience, scheduling software proficiency, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and First Aid and CPR certification.
