W.E. O’Neil is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction administration, supervision, technical management, scheduling, safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and mentoring of field staff. The role oversees construction projects of $5 million or more across varying delivery methods and market sectors, with a focus on field execution, compliance, inspections, punch-list completion, and project-team development.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent related experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of relevant project field experience, including K-12 schools and experience as a Field Engineer and Assistant Project Superintendent or equivalent
Experience supervising construction projects with budgets of $5 million or more
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of construction delivery methods and market sectors
Knowledge of building trades, construction means and methods, materials, and building systems
Experience with planning, scheduling, estimating, and owner/architect relations
OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course
First Aid and CPR certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and project management software such as Prolog, Viewpoint, or CMiC
Strong stakeholder relationship and teamwork skills
