The Project Superintendent controls all on-site construction activities, including field administration, supervision of construction operations, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, while managing schedules, safety, quality, inspections, documentation, and project team performance. The role requires substantial construction project experience, scheduling and project management software proficiency, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and first aid and CPR certification.
