Description
Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead and supervise electrical projects in commercial and industrial sectors. The role manages teams of 25 or more employees, including electricians, apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, lead persons, and field supervisors; coordinates scheduling, materials, tools, equipment, quality, safety, budgets, timelines, and project close-outs; and maintains relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program; at least four years of field supervision or management experience; and strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and technology skills.
