Description
The Project Superintendent leads onsite construction operations, supervising foremen, trade partners, and other personnel while coordinating planning, scheduling, quality control, inspections, safety, documentation, contracts, and project execution. The role requires six years of construction operations experience or a construction management degree with two years of relevant experience, along with CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications. The base salary is $88,000 to $105,000, with employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
