Sundt is hiring a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field and/or administrative operations for construction projects. The role manages project success, safety, schedule, quality, profitability, customer satisfaction, subcontractors, construction plans, schedules, documentation, punch lists, commissioning, and potential claims. It requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety, plus strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
