Description
The Project Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises field and administrative operations for construction projects, including shop drawings, project plans, schedules, subcontractor work, safety, quality, costs, productivity, and project closeout. The role works the night shift, may supervise field superintendents, and requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, along with knowledge of construction, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety. Project Superintendent I is intended for projects of $20 million or less with 3–5 years of experience, while Project Superintendent II covers $20–$50 million projects with 5–10 years of experience.
