Description
The Project Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises field and administrative operations for construction projects, including shop drawings, project plans, schedules, subcontractor work, safety, quality, costs, productivity, and project profitability. The role may supervise one or more field superintendents and requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, along with knowledge of construction, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety. The position works the night shift and includes progression levels based on project size and experience.
