The Project Superintendent controls all on-site construction activities, including field administration, supervision of construction operations, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, while managing schedules, safety, quality, inspections, documentation, and project team performance. The role requires a construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent field experience background, scheduling software proficiency, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and First Aid and CPR certification.
