Description
IGS is hiring a Project Supervisor to manage welding and related industrial field-service projects from initiation through closure. The role leads crews of 5 to 80 personnel, coordinates resources, equipment, materials, logistics, safety, quality, documentation, client communication, scope and commercial changes, and post-project reviews. It requires at least five years of progressive site-management experience, hands-on management of craftsmen, three years of turnaround experience, and fluency in the local language and English; the posting is for India and removes the Brazilian driver's license requirement.
