Description
The Project Support Representative oversees and executes complex home improvement projects from lead submission through completion. The role reviews opportunity viability and compliance, prepares site walks and pre-call planners, identifies project scope and installation opportunities, partners with independent service providers, evaluates profitability, prepares bid packets, coordinates pre-construction conferences, and conducts post-mortem stakeholder reviews. Candidates need a high school or GED equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, 1–2 years of construction experience with a strong sales background, communication and presentation skills, blueprint and technical knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
