Description
IMEG is hiring a Project Surveyor in Billings or Bozeman, Montana. The role provides production surveying support for construction stakeout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys; researches land records; performs survey calculations and reductions; manages survey data and databases; conducts quality control; prepares computations, exhibits, and crew instructions; operates GPS, total stations, levels, data collectors, and related equipment; leads CAD technicians; and mentors junior staff. The position requires a BS or associate degree in civil engineering or equivalent, at least six years of surveying and construction industry experience, an LS credential or equivalent, advanced land surveying knowledge, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and occasional travel. The role is available onsite in Billings or Bozeman and is not eligible for sponsorship.
