Description
The Project Surveyor II is an office-based technical lead who oversees the preparation and coordination of survey documents, calculations, research, drawings, legal descriptions, and technical reports across multiple projects. The role directs or performs survey tasks, provides technical advice, resolves client issues, coordinates project schedules, supports boundary verification and construction staking, and may supervise direct reports. It requires an associate’s degree or certificate in a related field with 8 years of related experience, or a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience; NSPS CST Level 4 and Professional Surveyor licensure are preferred. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with approximately 80–90% office and 10–20% field work, along with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
