We ARE Renewables is seeking a mid-level Project Systems Engineering Advisor to support a Systems Engineering Manager in implementing systems engineering practices across offshore projects. The role covers requirements, change, risk, documentation, process and tool improvement, contractor collaboration, and stakeholder communication, with two days per week based in Arnhem Rijnpoort, Netherlands. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of systems engineering experience, at least three years of offshore or similar industry experience, knowledge of ISO 15288 and INCOSE Handbook standards, strong English, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
