Description
The Projects and Engineering Coordinator will coordinate and supervise the development, planning, and execution of highway engineering projects, including infrastructure works, maintenance, and continuous improvements. The role manages technical, budgetary, schedule, quality, safety, environmental, and contractual aspects; oversees engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and public agencies; prepares project reports; and approves technical documents. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil, transportation, or infrastructure engineering, substantial highway engineering project coordination experience, knowledge of ANTT, DNIT, and ABNT standards, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera, and Excel. The position is on-site in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, Brazil, with regular business hours and benefits including a meal allowance, medical plan, life insurance, and Wellhub.
