The Projects and Improvements Apprentice is an entry-level, part-time white-collar role supporting technology, data, and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets, controls, and indicators; organizing and analyzing data; supporting digital transformation and process optimization; creating dashboards and reports; exploring artificial intelligence; testing digital tools; and supporting Production-area operations.
