Description
The Facilities Project Manager supports the Construction Manager and Project Manager in executing and coordinating capitalizable construction projects. The role covers project planning, scheduling, procurement, on-site supervision, contractor and supplier coordination, budget and progress control, risk management, documentation for capitalization, reporting, change control, safety compliance, and project closeout. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, maintenance, or a related field, five years of facilities project-management experience in civil infrastructure, leadership of teams of 10 or more people, English proficiency, negotiation skills, and knowledge of PMI. The position is full time in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico.
