Description
The Project and Safety Manager will improve manufacturing processes and maintain occupational safety across the production environment. Responsibilities include leading continuous-improvement initiatives, managing improvement budgets, implementing Lean manufacturing practices, chairing the health and safety committee, developing safety procedures and training, monitoring incidents, and coordinating with health and safety auditors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing-plant experience; injection-process experience is an asset.
